Job Description

Work with oversea agents
-
Follow and update import shipments schedule
- Receive pre-alert from oversea, file manifest, send
arrival notice to customers and release Delivery Order to customers.
- Contact with customers to prepare to do import customs clearance, update
information for cargo release to CNEE.
- Work with logistics dept & sub-contractor about import requirement procedure
to import cargo and reply to customers.
- Follow up with agents, shipping lines, customers to make payment request on
time.
- Other jobs assigned by Managers.
- Work place: Ha Noi
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years
of experience in import-export logistics.
- Good oral & written skill in Vietnamese & English
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint,
etc.)
- Good communication skill, teamwork and good working manner.
- Be diligent, responsible, careful, and can work under pressure
- University graduation;
- Hard working, diligent & Self motivated
